Our Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the Platform

Warrior Hub is an online platform designed to connect:

• Security Professionals (e.g., guards, officers, freelancers),
• Companies seeking security services, and
• Vendors providing relevant equipment, gear, or services.

Our role is strictly limited to providing a connection platform. We do not employ, or manage security professionals, nor do we guarantee any service outcome from connections made through the Platform.

2. No Employer Relationship

By using Warrior Hub:

• You acknowledge that Warrior Hub is not an employer or agency of any security professional on the platform.
• Any hiring, contracting, or engagement arrangements made between users are strictly between the parties involved.
• Warrior Hub does not supervise, direct, or control any individual’s work.
• You assume full responsibility for verifying and establishing the terms of any work, employment, or service agreements you enter into as a result of using Warrior Hub.

3. No Guarantees of Professional Qualifications or Conduct

Warrior Hub allows users to create profiles and post listings. However:

• We do not verify, guarantee, or endorse the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any user profiles, certifications, licenses, or claims.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when engaging with others on the platform.
• Warrior Hub is not liable for the actions, conduct, omissions, or performance of any security professional, vendor, or company.
• You agree that use of the platform is at your own risk.

4. Platform Limitations & Disclaimers

We do not:

• Guarantee job placement, engagement success, or client satisfaction.
• Participate in or mediate disputes between users.
• Offer insurance, guarantees, or performance assurances.

The Platform may include user-generated content. Warrior Hub is not responsible for this content.

5. Account Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date profile information.
• All companies are responsible for clicking “fill tab” or notifying Warrior Hub of a filled position to keep integrity of the job listings. Fill tab will show the post is no longer available.
• Refrain from impersonating others, submitting fraudulent details, or misrepresenting skills or qualifications.
• Use the platform lawfully and not engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.

Warrior Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Warrior Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost

profits, loss of data, or legal disputes arising from platform use.

• Warrior Hub’s total cumulative liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the platform in the preceding six (6) months.

7. Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida/USA.
